Mabuhay PH Global Support provides digital visa-preparation guides, document checklists, templates and administrative preparation support. This policy explains how we handle refund requests for purchases made directly from us.

Where a purchase is made through a third-party platform, that platform's applicable purchase and refund procedures may also apply.

2. Digital Products

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing. Check the included features, file formats and whether the product includes a PDF guide, video tutorial, templates or other resources.

If you experience a problem downloading or accessing a purchased digital product, contact us at hello@mabuhayphglobal.com. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, help restore access or provide another suitable solution.

3. Refund Requests

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, purchased the wrong product or experienced a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@mabuhayphglobal.com.

Include your order reference, the email address used for the purchase and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond as reasonably practicable.

4. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights

We do not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs a digital guide, or purchases the wrong product.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, customers will be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that they will lose their statutory 14-day cancellation right once supply begins, where permitted by applicable law.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a digital guide is faulty, cannot be accessed, or is not as described, customers may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.

5. Services

Mabuhay PH Global Support currently offers self-service digital visa-preparation guides and educational resources. Each purchase provides the digital content described on the relevant product page. We do not provide consultations, personalised immigration advice or individual application support as part of these purchases.

6. Visa Decisions and Outcomes

We cannot guarantee that a visa application will be approved. A refusal or unfavourable immigration decision does not, by itself, mean that a digital guide was faulty or that a refund is automatically due.
